”I recently stayed at this hotel in Montreal, and while the location was fantastic—right near all the major attractions—the decor was also impeccable; everything looked stunning. However, there were some issues. First, the bed they provided had hair on it—clearly from the previous guest—so it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. ”Front desk told us that breakfast was complimentary but it turned out it wasn’t. There was only 1 staff at check-in, which created a line for checking in. It was good that the Hilton, 5 few minute walk had a restaurant, where we were able to grab dinner. Nice to have a gym, pool and sauna, which we used.”

”We were given room near the breakfast corner on the ground floor. It was too noisy past midnight. People thought pizza for dinner and ate, talked late into the night. The non tesla charger worked on QR code which was not explained properly by the front desk while checking in. Avoid rooms on the ground floor near breakfast nook.”

”Staff were very nice and most of them were bilingual. They accommodated us every day when approached for help or favours. One of the nights we found a random cherry stem in our room floor despite not eating cherries our entire stay but other than that, everything went smoothly.”

”The room was really spacious and all the amenities (shampoo, toilet paper, towels) were nice. Gym, pool and sauna were all good. There were a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. ”

”i’d only come here if you need a cheap place for a night or two. especially now in summer, there’s no AC so it’s extremely hot all the time, the beds are hard and i found the shared bathrooms to not be very kept up. overall it was a good enough place for a night. the staff was very kind and helpful.”

”Everything in the area is under construction so finding how to get in and out of the hotel by ride share or driving is confusing. The path to get in looks to be blocked off but there is a small path for pedestrians. Also good to note that there is no closet in the rooms. The hotel offers 3 hangers to put things up on hooks on the wall. Staff are very nice at the hotel but this is a hotel for a very quick (1 night) visit to the city.
