”The entire facility was in good condition and the room was clean and well appointed. Nevertheless, the window curtain in our room was dangling from both ends of the curtain rod. Attention to detail? For such a charming and historical building, the light bulbs in the fixtures - in the rooms and in public areas - were a hodgepodge of various LED "color temperatures." 5000K bright white bulbs are great for a gas station, but totally wrong here where they should be 2700-3000K warm white. ”The man who checked us in did not seem happy to see us. Usually, staff are welcoming and friendly. Not this guy. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a beautiful view of the lake. For the best view, you need to be higher than the second floor. There were no creamers for the coffee at the pantry. I checked 3 different floors and notified the front desk. It may seem like a minor inconvenience, but when you are in a hurry and need to drive a long distance, it's a problem.”

”They could not find my Expedia booked reservation. The pillows were so flat that I should have used a towel instead. The furniture and the pea soup green colored tub and toilet were straight from the 80s and showing all the wear and tear of being that old. Just awful.”
