The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you don’t really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. So, very hands off and was good for our purposes—being left alone and just coming and going as we needed. The place is clean and new, room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again”

We had a sudden problem in our room and the staff moved us to an even larger room! The breakfast is standard French fare but fresh and tasty as a buffet. Ample public parking is steps away, and we were no more than 5 minutes from the promenade, the walled fortress, shopping, and the very best restaurants. We will be back! Thank you!!!!!”
”We were very happy with our stay here! The hotel was very traditional looking, but the rooms were more modern and renovated. It was also great because it is walking distance to everything. The best part was the staff and the customer service, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff and the best was the valet attendant. The gentleman there was top notch and cared about the guests! All in all we would definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to Quebec City! ”

Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.”
