”Amazing charmingly restored 17th century building in a stunning natural setting by the Piedmont Alps. Staff very friendly and attentive, spotless clean and well decorated rooms, comfortable bed, high quality linens, and wonderful breakfast! The hotel has many areas to relax, and many options to explore the astonishing surroundings. I just found a little confusing to understand, on their website at the time of booking, the difference between the Country House and the Guest House Palazzo dei Venti...

”Esperienza eccezionale in generale. Camera pulita e sempre in ordine ( passaggio anche serale). Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile nello spiegare le varie camminate da fare nei dintorni. Servizio navetta gratuito nelle varie frazioni di Cogne. Spa ottima Ristoranti dell’hotel molto apprezzati ”

”The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid.”
