”The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. ”Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. ”

”We rented superior room (4 persons) and in the first place there wasn`t balcony or mountainview but there was minibar (without any drinks), terrible looking room (windows too high to look outside), but there was bathtub. Next day we waited 5 hours to get a better room with all amenities, but we get a bigger room with balcony and mountainviews but no bathtub and minibar.
