”The service at the hotel was excellent: very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel has a great location, just few minutes from Campologo ski lifts with very efficient ski shuttle service. Nice restaurants with very attentive personnel, and the spa section was good after long day of skiing. ”

”Second time in this hotel, now 3 nights. Location is great for Tre Cime and other hikes. Food was good. Only complain we had, was exceptionally loud noices, which came from corridor and other rooms. Not possible to sleep without ear plugs.”

”Great place. We didn’t get the lake view but the room was clean and quiet. A few motorcycles late in the night. Good food all around and a great evening. Would definitely stay again.”

”The hotel has the potential to be GRAND: the rooms and common areas are spacious and comfortable, however perhaps for lack of staff during the summer season, their half-board service was slow without a wine list. That said, the staff that was there were AMAZING and hard-working to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The free access to the spa rooms/sauna was appreciated and relaxing.”
