”The house is very spacious with a long drive, so plenty of room for everything and everybody. A permanent BBQ is provided in the garden, with some play equipment and a small swimming pool at the front. Theres even a pool table. Close by is a bakery, plus other eateries and the beach is 7 minutes drive away. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you Silvia for being so helpful”

Weather was not quite warm enough for the pool but it was very tempting and wonderful to have it available. Our family enjoyed hikes to amazing waterfalls, swims in the river homem, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and visits to Braga and Guimares. The house itself is perfect for 8 people, spacious and well equipped with a beautiful garden area/pool with gorgeous views. Diane was very helpful and responsive to any queries. ”The location was very easy to find with clear instructions, and excellent communication at all times. We even had help from the owner phoning a local restaurant which was a nice touch. The garden was beautiful and the little pond even had three turtles in which the kids loved. Swimming pool was also great.
