”I will start with the cons before I get into what we enjoyed. First off we didn't get the room we booked. I booked a pool side room but was given sea view room. When I went to ask about it the blonde lady (I will not mention her name) tried to cover it up after I showed her my itinerary. She was fairly rude about it and just kept saying we upgraded you to sea view room. But I kept telling her I booked pool side and if I wanted sea view I would have booked sea view. ”We stayed for two nights and the area is lovely. Excellent pool area. Only one staff member spoke English but he spoke it fluently and was very helpful. The bed was a little too hard for my taste. Internet worked only in the pool/ bar area.”

”The grounds were beautiful. The pool was warm and clean..a car is needed as there is not many places that are safe to walk to. The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. Amazing dinner but no real town to walk about. This is a great place if you have a car and want to explore nearby beaches. Close to the train station. Personale poco disponibile a venire incontro ad esigenze semplici (abbiamo chiesto di pulire la stanza in un arco di tempo che andava dalle 10 alle 13 ma non è stato fatto). Piscina sovraffollata. Gentili i camerieri del ristorante, qualità mediocre del cibo. È stato dato un paradiso nelle mani di incompetenti.”

”Il soggiorno è andato bene, ma perché Tropea è poco distante, come sono poco distante spiaggie bellissime come Grotticelle, Rieci, Zambrone,... alla fine vale la pena andare in un B&B o in un Hotel. Il villaggio è pressochè invivibile.”
