Bright and comfortable, this 18 m² studio features a balcony overlooking a courtyard. Located on the 1st floor without an elevator, it is ideal for a stay for two, especially for a romantic getaway.

The living space includes a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a dining corner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.

You will enjoy many amenities for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, TV, heating, fan, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, and towels. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay.

Perfectly located in the heart of Vincennes, the apartment offers easy access to Paris and the surrounding areas. You can visit the Château de Vincennes (9 minutes), Sainte-Chapelle (11 minutes), Lake Saint-Mandé (15 minutes), and Île de Robinson (18 minutes), among many other attractions.

All conveniences are nearby: shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport. The Monoprix des Vignerons is just a 2-minute walk away.

Founded in the 12th century, the castle of Vincennes can be discovered with its enclosure flanked by nine towers, its pavilions, its medieval keep reaching a height of 50 meters, and the Sainte-Chapelle of flamboyant Gothic style. Walking enthusiasts will also be pleased since the city is located near the Bois de Vincennes.
