Ideally located 200m away from the tennis courts Roland-Garros and 500m away from Parc des Princes Stadium, Auteuil racetrack and Jean Bouin Stadium, you will also be close to Molitor swimming-pool, Longchamp racetrack, Solidays, Lollapalooza… It will as well just take you a few minutes by metro to join Paris center.

This apartment calm and without overlooking located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), refurbished, consists of a living space of 55 sq. m and includes :

The Bois de Boulogne is just 2 min away on foot, perfect for a walk or to join main music festivals in Paris (Solidays or Lollapalooza). All shops are in immediate proximity. Lastly, thanks to the metro just nearby, you will join easily main Paris touristic places.
