Welcome to my home!

I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 21 square meters studio, located on the 5th floor without elevator and situated in the heart of the 16th district of Paris.
It can accommodate 2 people, so it will be perfect for a romantic stay.
You will stay at 9 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe; and you will be very well served by the various public transports to visit the other tourist sites of the capital!

## Logement
Located in Paris and located on the 5th floor without elevator, my studio is composed of a living space with a night space with a double bed, a living room with a small dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.

A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

You will stay in the heart of the 16th district of Paris, 9 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and close to several museums such as: the Yves Saint Laurent Museum (8 minutes), the Museum of Modern Art (11 minutes), the Palais Galliera (7 minutes) ...
You will find various restaurants, bars and shops near the studio, and for your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour City at 5 minutes on foot and the Monop' GALILEE at 2 minutes.

You will be very well served by the various public transports to stroll in all the city and visit the various tourist sites which make the fame of the capital! The Eiffel Tower is 21 minutes away by bus, the Palais Garnier is 21 minutes away by metro, the Louvre Museum is 14 minutes away, the Pantheon is 38 minutes away and Notre-Dame Cathedral is 28 minutes away.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city.
The district is mainly residential but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and its remarkable places like the Trocadéro or the Bois de Boulogne. It has the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.

Apartment was so moldy that all surfaces including sofa etc. were discolored as a result of moisture and mold, inside apartment was so bad indoor air problems, there walk ants on the floor and towels were wet. We booked apartment for 5 nights but we were only 3 hours inside before we started to have problems like shortness of breath and dry eyes and throat. Host will not reply to any messages about problems during the trip or after. Please guys save money and book some other aparment.

After we booked this room, we noticed the review about the mold and mildew. After contacting the rental company and voicing our concerns about the health risk and not wanting to be exposed to it, they assured us the problem had been addressed and fixed. They told us not to worry. Big mistake. There is black mold growing on some of the corners if the living too, bedroom and on a large portion of the shower and grout. The pillows and comforter need to be thrown out. They are saturated with mildew. We requested that they be replaced as soon as we arrived. The whole apartment smelled strong. Thank goodness we could open the windows. Our request for new linens was ignored and we did not hear back from the rental company or the person they assigned to assist us during our stay. There was no top sheet to be between us and the comforter. With the windows open for air, we were a little chilly and got bitten by mosquitoes in the night. We had to purchase hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels for the kitchen. There was one garbage bag for the kitchen and none for the bathroom. There was 4 terry cloth towels for gage unit. We had to use 2 to sleep with under our head since the pillows are rancid. There were no cloth towels for the kitchen and no dish drain. There are nearly 100 wood steps in a narrow spiral staircase to reach the unit. Some of the lights in the staircase were not working and we needed a flashlight for a section of them. Needs work.

The property was in a great location, with good access to a grocery. The cleanliness could have been better, but for the price it is to be expected. We are ultimately pleased with our stay here. Beware, the 103 very steep stairs to the top.

Great Location - Terrible Accommodations
I’ve thought a lot about this review. While there are some positives, the negatives outweigh them. It’s in a great location, close to landmarks. It’s safe. Lots of restaurants, stores, nightlife very close, but this is all overshadowed by the very visible mold both on the wall in the living area and bedroom, as well as the mold in the shower, the couch, which also had mold, has very little padding and is clearly stained, the bed is awful and you roll to the middle, linens were at most 100 count, the kitchen did not have an oven but it was so unclean looking that we never used it, and then there were the 94 steps up a narrow spiral staircase to the 5th floor, that were filthy along with walls that made you feel like you were entering a building under construction. We had backpacks, but if you have luggage, you’re in for an unpleasant climb. I highly and unequivocally DO NOT recommend this location. We stayed out ever night till late so our time in the apartment was basically for sleeping and showering, which by the way the water was nice and hot. The other issue was that the sink, toilet, and shower all used the same drain, so a lot of gurgling and drainage issues. It’s unfortunate, cause it really is a great location, but the place needs some TLC. We even considered leaving, but it would have demolished our budget. So, we sucked it up for 6 nights, but hopefully you won’t need to.

Appartement bien situé
L'appartement est bien situé géographiquement pour du tourisme parisien, avec un bel espace pour 2 personnes. Cependant la cuisine est assez peu équipée, une machine à café ou cafetière serait la bienvenue et bien plus utile que le grille-pain ! Une casserole et un saladier supplémentaire seraintt nécessaire. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette, dommage ! pour un appart fournissant les serviettes de toilette. Nous devions trouver les codes wifi et mode op TV, rien de cela dans l'appart. Donc séjour sans wifi ni TV et l'agent d'accueil n'a jamais répondu à nos messages sur le sujet. Nous avons risqué de tomber et nous asseyant sur les chaises car les DEUX étaient cassées : absence d'une vis sur chaque chaise.
