Great value, good location

We stayed for most of a monthe while apartment searching. The location is convenient. Building was undergoing construction, so it was a bit loud. Restaurant downstairs get boisterous at times too. Apartment is in a very convenient location, fine for a short stay, but you get city nouse. Management company is easy to work with.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Es hat vom Einchecken über den Aufenthalt bis zum Auschecken alles prima geklappt. Vom Appartement aus erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Das Appartement ist schön, lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Es fehlt ein großer Topf und eine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine. Aber insgesamt waren wir alle sehr zufrieden.

Absolutely perfect for exploring Paris

Excellent location, apartment exactly as advertised - clean and with everything you need. Very comfortable beds! We spent 3 nights as a family and had a brilliant time exploring Paris. We will stay here again.

Pros and Cons

We loved being right by Canal Saint Martin and easy metro access. Lots of food and grocery stores nearby. I booked in part because it said it opens to a courtyard. This was very nice when we arrived about 30 minutes before check in and could wait off the sidewalk and have lunch. Unfortunately, windows opened to the street, which was very loud and busy with music long into the night, lots of traffic/honking/etc. We traveled in late June and needed the windows open to keep it relatively cool, but overtired children and the noise outside did not mix well. I think this would be very nice in cooler weather. In addition, we had 4 people on our reservation, but could only locate 3 bed pillows. My daughter had a large squishmallow she was able to use. A fan was provided, which was awesome! Could have used more shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, but we were able to purchase my own at the store. Overall, we liked the apartment.

Great location, perfect for a family

Family of 4, and first time to Paris. This apartment is in a central location near the metro, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store. The apartment itself is plenty of room for our family with a dining table, full kitchen, and comfortable beds. I’d definitely stay there again.

Not clean, horrible communication

From the beginning, my experience wasn’t ideal. Once I paid (in full), I was sent several additional prompts to pay (again). It was a lot of unnecessary confusion around the payment (on their end), which made me uncomfortable, so I explained that to them & requested a full refund so I can find another place. However, they were not understanding & denied the refund (although it was within 48hrs of the payment), forcing me to stay at the property. When we arrived to the property, the code given didn’t work! Thankfully, our Uber driver was able to call the management company & get the correct code. We would’ve have literally been Iocked out the first night due to having the wrong code AND the management company being VERY difficult to get in touch with. Also, the instructions to find the actual apartment are unclear. Therefore, between that and the wrong code, it took us an hour to actually get in to the apartment! The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived. The kitchen table & chairs had crumbs, the floor was dirty (hair, etc), the stovetop was dirty, the shower had old dirt/grime in the corners, and the bed linens had little hairs on it. Not to mention, the chairs & extra blanket(s) had stains on them! Oh, & old fingerprints on the walls, refrigerator, etc. Again, because communication was horrible, I was unable to reach someone about this or get to any resolution until Sunday! By that point, I tried to clean the best I could. On Sunday, they sent someone to replace linens & “clean.” But the guy didn’t have ANY cleaning products! What sense does that make?? I showed the guy the photos I had taken & he agreed the apartment was cleaned properly & told me he would relay the message. He clearly didn’t, but that is no surprise considering the lack of communication overall. They did offer to switch me to another apartment, but why would anyone want to be put through all of that in a foreign country, especially since the experience hadn’t been positive from the beginning. And it was obvious that they are not thorough with the check in, cleaning, etc so I just didn’t want to deal with the company at all anymore after the initial check in. If you research this property management company (which I should’ve done BEFORE I paid), they don’t have good reviews (on other platforms). Also, if you book with them, be prepared to speak to MULTIPLE different people if you have an issue & for it not to be addressed swiftly

Great location, well-appointed apartment

The location is excellent and the apartment is very nice. There were some issues that arose in communications, our experience of early check in, and noise and cold in the apartment, but the follow up by the team has been very thorough and they have promised to resolve these issues for future clients. The Room4Me team overall was very helpful, and the apartment itself is really well laid out. I would recommend based on the follow up customer service, it is a well-positioned and appointed apartment.
