The Space:

Welcome to our fully air-conditioned 35 m² apartment located on the 7th floor with elevator access. For your comfort, it is furnished as follows:



- A living room with a double sofa bed, television, and Wi-Fi



- A dining area with a table and chairs



- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and microwave



- A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washer-dryer



The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels. Cleaning is carried out by a professional team.

The apartment is located on Rue Saint-Martin, in the heart of the Marais, an iconic neighborhood blending history, culture, and vibrant Parisian life. Just steps away, discover the Hôtel de Ville (5-minute walk) and the Centre Pompidou (3 minutes). The banks of the Seine are a 4-minute walk away, perfect for leisurely strolls.



The apartment offers magnificent views of Paris.



You'll also be close to major tourist attractions: Notre-Dame Cathedral (10-minute walk), the Louvre (15 minutes), the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district (20 minutes), and Sainte-Chapelle (12 minutes). The Eiffel Tower is approximately 25-30 minutes away by public transport.



The Marais is renowned for its boutiques, art galleries, museums (Carnavalet Museum, Picasso Museum), as well as its numerous cafes and restaurants. It's an ideal location to fully enjoy Paris, while getting around easily thanks to the many nearby metro lines.
