I am pleased to welcome you in my 40 square meters apartment in the heart of the 9th district of Paris, located on the 1st floor without elevator, perfect for your stay for two. It is ideally located near the Sacré-Coeur basilica. You will be able to walk in a calm district and to discover the tourist sites of the city of lights!

## Logement
Located in Paris, the apartment is decorated with care, well purified and is composed of a room with a double bed, a shower room and a nice equipped kitchen open on a beautiful living room with a television to relax you after an intense day.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, television, iron, washing machine, wifi.

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The apartment is ideally located near the Hotel de Mademoiselle Mars (10 min walk), the Quartier de la Nouvelle Athènes (8 min walk), the gallery The World Of Banksy Expo Paris (8 min walk), the Halle Saint-Pierre (10 min walk) and the Mur des Je t'aime (10 min walk).
You will find in the immediate vicinity the lines 12 and 7 which serve all Paris, and will allow you to discover the capital and visit the various tourist sites like the Cemetery of Père Lachaise, the Pompidou Center, the Louvre Museum, the Cathedral Notre-Dame de Paris, the Eiffel Tower...
You will find many shops nearby, open at all hours, such as a Carrefour City at 5 min walk and the Market Paris Maubeuge at 5 min walk.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a rather pleasant area to visit and to live. Shopping and leisure district, if it is a little less frequented than the Halles, thanks to a more mature and diversified population. Stylish shops but with affordable prices, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods nevertheless stand out from each other.
The south of the neighbourhood is dynamic and lively, and is the territory of the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The 9th arrondissement also hosts beautiful architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north takes you to Montmartre through the famous Pigalle.
