Lies
They lied to us and said they have parking and also the front desk person said the breakfast is on the room and free but when we were leaving they charged us. When I asked him but you said it is free, he acted that he did not said that so we just paid for the breakfast too. It was very stressful to find a parking around the hotel. The hotel has no area that we could stop and empty our luggages from our car. Very busy street and bus stop in front of hotel The room itself was small but clean. Strangely it had no hand soap so we had to wash our hands with shower gel. Metro was very close to hotel. If we had no car, it would have been a convenient place to stay in.

Équipe conviviale et sympathique. Très bel hôtel Par contre quand le PDJ est à 7h00 ce n’est pas 6h50, on s’est rembarrés de manière pas très polis. Alors qu’à l’accueil on nous avez indiqué que ce serait ok.

Det var väldigt hårda madrasser och dörren till toaletten var svårt att öppna för att det saknade handtag. Ingen matta på golvet så man gick på hård golv. Jag var rädd om jag tappar en glas då skulle den direkt gå i sönder i bitar . Det hade inte inglasad dusch utan det var duschdraperi, vilket var jobbig när man fick den på sig under duschen. De serverar inga grönsaker till frukost så som tomat och gurka vilket jag tyckte var märkligt. Annars allt annat var ok. Rent hotell, nära till många platser. Bra läge men överpris hotell

Super schönes Hotel. Das Personal war stets freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Metrostation ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Flott hotell, med enkel frokost og bra resturant
Hotellet var rent og flott, men frokosten var ganske enkel. I tillegg opplevde vi flere ganger at det gikk tomt for jus og brød. Vi syntes disse tingene burde følges opp bedre av de ansatte. Det var også ganske redusert utvalg til frokost. Hotellet ligger litt langt unna hovedattraksjonene i byen og man må ta Metro og ofte bytte minst 1 gang før man kom frem til ymse mål (20-30minutter hver vei). Metrosystemet er veldig enkelt og fungerer utmerket, så for vår del gikk dette veldig fint. Vi betalte 104€ for 3døgns pass for 4personer og brukte det masse under oppholdet. Det er Metro rett over veien for hotellet og det kommer nye trikker så ofte at man aldri trenger å se på klokka for å kjøre Metro. Vi ventet nesten aldri over 5minutter på neste avgang.

My room was very small, and so that it was difficult to walk from one side of the bed to the other (I had to leave the main bedroom and re-enter it from the other side. That said, I liked the vibe of the place: very eco-conscious, a nice bar (I did not eat n the restaurant, but it looked welcoming), and an interesting multi-national and young-ish clientele.

Good hotel, enjoyed my stay there. Room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but nonetheless it was comfortable. Good breakfast selection and right across the road from a metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff members. Bit of noise at night from sirens etc, but it is a capital city. I would recommend and stay there again.

Staff was very kind. Really love Mohammed's quick thinking about booking us an Taxi for the airport in advance, given the on-going strikes. While the hotel is nice and felt secure, the room layout did not allow for enough freedom of movement especially if we are 2 individuals sharing a bed. Overall, we had a good experience.

This was my first time at the Belle Ville and I liked it a lot. Good location right next to a metro station, quiet at night, staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean.

They exceeded my expectations on every level, all the staff were so friendly, the room was clean, the cafe was beautiful and they even gave little solid soaps made in France for the shower
