Located in Paris, the accommodation is bright and modern. It consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed (with a very good mattress) and a single sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful living room with a television.
You will have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 televisions, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer.
You will be very well connected by public transport, allowing you to explore the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood is very close to the Eiffel Tower (3 min walk), the Trocadéro Gardens (10 min walk), and the Bir-Hakeim Bridge (10 min walk).
You will have all the shops you need nearby for easy shopping.
The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists alike. Feel free to ask me for recommendations—I'd be happy to share my favorite spots with you!

## Emplacement
The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
