The flat is on the 4th floor, with no lift. You’ll therefore need to climb several flights of stairs to reach it, but once you arrive, you’ll discover a spacious, light-filled and very quiet flat, with no overlooking neighbours, offering a warm and authentic atmosphere.

The flat comprises a spacious living room with exposed beams, antique terracotta floor tiles, comfortable vintage furniture, a decorative fireplace and several relaxation areas. The décor blends rustic touches, antique furniture, historical artefacts and more contemporary elements, creating an elegant, intimate atmosphere full of character.

The large living room is spacious and features plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, reading, chatting or simply enjoying a quiet moment. Thanks to its courtyard location and the lack of direct neighbours opposite, the flat enjoys a real sense of tranquillity, which is rare in the very centre of Paris.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen evokes the feel of a country house. It has everything you need for cooking during your stay: hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, blender, crockery and cutlery. The dining table is ideal for sharing convivial moments in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

The bedrooms:

The flat has two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.

The first bedroom is spacious and light, with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200), a large bookcase, a desk and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

The second bedroom, with a double bed (140x200), also offers a lovely place to rest, with soft décor, storage space and access to its own en-suite bathroom.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet, making the flat particularly comfortable for two couples, a family or travellers wishing to maintain their independence.

A private laundry room is also available on the 3rd floor of the building. This makes it convenient to manage your laundry during your stay, whilst keeping the living areas uncluttered.

You’ll be right in the heart of the Marais, one of Paris’s most charming and lively neighbourhoods. The flat is ideally situated close to Île Saint-Louis, the Seine, the Saint-Paul district, Bastille and the Marais’s many historic alleyways.

You’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, galleries, boutiques, museums and local shops around the flat. The neighbourhood allows you to enjoy Paris to the full on foot, whilst still benefiting from a particularly quiet place to stay once you return home.
