The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Paris, in the Marais district, this beautiful 42 m² flat located on the 2ᵉ floor of an 18thᵉ century building without a lift, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers, with broadband Wi-Fi connection.

This accommodation is offered exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). You must sign the tenancy agreement in order to move into the accommodation.
Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not provided, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.

It comprises a bright living room with a built-in sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Linen is provided and your bed will be made up on arrival.
