Suosittelemme aluetta ja hotellia
Montparnassen alue oli todella kiva! Rauhallinen, turvallinen ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet (metro + rautatieasema). Kivoja ravintoloita lähellä. Hotellissa oli erinomainen palvelu. Saimme parvekkeellisen huoneen korkeimmasta kerroksesta Eiffel-näkymillä, mikä tietysti kruunasi koko loman, kun olimme varanneet vain perushuoneen. Huone oli todella siisti ja suihkusta tuli vettä hyvällä paineella. Ilmastointi/lämmitys toimi. Hyvä äänieristys muuten, mutta aamuisin hissin piippaus oli vähän ärsyttävä. Aamupalan pystyi tilaamaan helposti myös huonepalvelulla. Seuraavalla kerralla jätämme kuitenkin vähän liian kalliin hotelliaamupalan väliin ja haemme upeista lähileipomoista tuoretta aamupalaa huoneeseen. Lähellä myös ruokakauppa. Ehdottomasti suosittelut hotellille sekä Montparnassen alueelle!

Keskeinen sijainti, rauhallinen hotelli
Hotellin sijainti on erittäin hyvä, lähellä on 3 metroasemaa joten moneen paikkaan pääsee ilman vaihtoja. Montparnassen rautatieasemalta pääsee puolestaan suoraan esim Versaillessiin. Kävelymatkan päässä on runsaasti erilaisia ravintoloita ja baareja, esim Luxemburgin puistoon vain lyhyt matka. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsee elävällä teatteri- ja ravintolakadulla, 4. kerroksen huoneeseemme ei kuulunut juuri mitään ääniä. Huone oli tilava ja siisti, varustelultaan aika perustasoa. Ainoat miinukset karkeasta kokolattiamatosta, muovisista mukeista ja siitä, että peilien ääressä ei ollut pistorasioita hiustenkihartimelle (kuivaaja oli hotellin puolesta). Hotellin hissi on kovin hidas. Silti suosittelisin hotellia niille, jotka eivät halua ihan keskustaan.

Hyvien kulkuyhteyksien ja pienten ravintoloiden lähettyvillä. Sopivan kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta. Maamerkki aivan hotellin vierellä, joka näkyi ympäri Pariisia.

Hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella oleva siisti mukava hotelli. Kivoja ravintolakatuja lähistöllä sekä lyhyt matka ostoskeskukseen aseman viereen. Rauhallinen katu. Orlyn kentältä pääsee suoraan lentokenttäbussilla hyvin lähelle hotellia (aseman viereen)

Hyvä perushotelli Montparnassen aseman lähellä
Erittäin siisti ja hyvä hotelli Montparnassen aseman tuntumassa. Huoneet olivat siistejä ja vastaanotossa palveltiin ystävällisesti hyvällä englannilla. Lisähintaista aamiaista emme kokeilleet sillä vieressä on lukuisia kahviloita, jotka tarjosivat edullisempia aamiaisia. Huoneen vuodesohvan käyttäminen lisävuoteina on mahdollista eli kahden hengen huoneen sai kahden lapsenkin kanssa mutta se tekee huoneesta hieman ahtaan. Meidän lyhyeen vierailuumme se kuitenkin riitti hyvin.

Given the business I am in, the hotel location is quite convenient. Additionally, the place looks safe and relatively quiet with dinning options all around. Also, metro stations are close. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendy. Keep the good job on.

Das Hotel dürfte eigentlich nur 3* haben. Wir haben es als stark überteuert (Paris-Faktor ?) empfunden. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände stark veraltet bzw. nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Wir hatten mit unseren Freunden insgesamt 4 Zimmer. In unserem Zimmer lies sich die Badetür nicht schliessen. Sanitätseinrichtungen in zwei weiteren Zimmern waren alt und funktionierten nicht mehr: täglich waren die Klos verstopft. Das Personal war bemüht es zu beheben, aber am nächsten Tag wiederholte sich die Geschichte. An einem Morgen haben wir eine Maus in der Regal mit Jogurt und trocknen Früchten gesehen. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, die Gegend zentral, super angebunden, breites Gastronomieangebot um das Hotel. Beim Auschecken waren wir mit einer zusätzlichen zu der im Portal gemeldeten City tax überrascht worden (€5 pro Person/Nacht, ab dem 01.01.24 zusätzlich !), keine Info von Expedia dazu, nirgendwo in den Buchungsunterlagen angegeben.

En effet, les avantages liés à votre carte de fidélité sont disponibles uniquement lorsque vous réservez chez nous par les canaux direct. Pour ce qui est de la bouteille d'eau dans les chambres, notre hôtel étant soucieux de son impact sous le climat, nous avons remplacé cette dernière par des fontaines à eau disponibles en tout temps à chaque étage de notre hôtel ! 近くに観光地はないが、地下鉄数駅と国鉄の駅に近く、どこへ行くにも便利。ホテルは清潔で朝食も簡易すぎず、どのスタッフもフレンドリーでよかった。バスタブ付の部屋となるよう事前にリクエストをしていたが、希望通りになって安心した。

Good Hotel
Really nice hotel in Paris. Great location! Pretty good service (unfortunately, we had to wait a while to check in because a new receptionist was at the desk and our room wasn’t quite ready). Decent size room for Paris standards. Appreciated having a room overlooking the farm animals. One drawback is that we could hear our neighbors both in the hallway and from the room above us…soundproofing wasn’t so good. Despite that, we would probably stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this property for my colleague, and he got infested with bedbugs while staying here. And yet, getting BEDBUGS was not the worst part of his stay at this property. I prepaid for the room through Expedia, but when he got there they insisted he had to pay for the room (again) in order to check in. I later followed up to ask that they refund him (because we had paid twice for the room), and had to waste hours on the phone talking to people who refused to admit they had taken the cost of the room from us twice. I finally had to spend more hours asking Expedia to intervene, and it took multiple phone calls and followups -- the hotel wouldn't even answer Expedia's calls about their double-billing, and sent contradictory instructions on how to resolve it each time. We eventually did get the money for this disgusting, infested hotel back, but it took months and hours of hounding them. Do not stay here for because of the quality of the hotel, and because of their horrible customer service.

Clean and friendly
Really lovely hotel in a great location. Clean friendly and comfy rooms. And a car park in the middle of a big city a bonus for us too

Great hotel, fantastic breakfast
We stayed for just one night. Great location, really close to metro Edgar Quinet. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. There are a few sex shops in the road, but it really doesn't feel seedy despite that, but if you're very sensitive to that kind of thing then this location might not be for you. The hotel is really modern with funky decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Our 6 year old loved the make- your- own pancake machine and the freshly pressed orange juice machine. Great quality food and a really hearty breakfast that set us up for a busy day of sightseeing. We'd definitely stay here again.

Bonjour, un bel hôtel, un PDJ de qualité...seul bémol, pour une chambre à 313€, même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, et les flacons de shampoing étaient vides, c'est dommage.
