Great neighborhood
This review is for 105 Rue D’Aboukir.
The apartment we originally rented, on Clery, is on the ground floor. Bedroom and bath are up a spiral staircase that is super narrow, tight, and painted black, so very hard to navigate. If you struggle at all with stairs, it’s definitely not a good choice for you. The toilet does not seem to flush properly so there is back wash and it smells. When we turned on the electric tea pot, the breaker tripped so we had no lights or heat. Check in instructions were late coming to us so we had quite a difficult time getting in; it took over an hour after arriving to finally get into the apt.
Thankfully the property manager recognized the issues and was able to get us into a new apartment, which was very nice. Clean and spacious with great amenities. The PM was responsive, respectful and super pleasant.
The location is perfect if you want to explore and try new shops and restaurants. The street is quiet and safe.
I would stay in one of Studio Prestige’s properties again. I just recommend renters get clear instructions about checkin.
