VERY STAY esittelee ylpeänä PARIS LIVEn , 40 m²:n huoneiston, joka sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa ja on suunniteltu moderniin loft-tyyliin. Tämä ainutlaatuinen tila sijaitsee Marais'n sydämessä, yhdessä Pariisin ikonisimmista ja halutuimmista kaupunginosista. Se yhdistää mukavuuden, eleganssin ja rauhan.

🛋️ OLOHUONE: Kahden istuttava sohva, jossa on kaksi nojatuolia ja sohvapöytä. Kirjahylly ja työtila, jossa pöytä ja kaksi bistrotuolia miellyttävää työtilaa varten.



🍽 RUOKAILUTILA: Sohvapöytä muuntuu neljän hengen ruokapöydäksi, joka sopii erinomaisesti seurusteluun.



👩‍🍳 KEITTIÖ: Avoin olohuoneeseen, jossa on baaritiski ja kaksi jakkaraa rentoutumiseen tai nopeaan ateriaan.

Amazing location, clean, well-equipped flat. Easy access with keyfob and smart lock, air conditioning is very comfortable, renovated bathroom and modern layout is great. A little tight for family of 4 but doable. Quiet with courtyard facing door, no loud sounds even on the weekend. Service was great and handled a nosebleed on the duvet without questions. Would def stay again!

Location perfect!

The fine print: Bring dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent (was not there on dat of check-in but brought to us next day) Bring wash cloths Bring Nespresso coffee cups for the coffee maker The large eye on the stove top does not function but all other work just fine If you are traveling with more than 2 people, stage your showers for 2 at night and 2 in the morning as Luke warm water is available but not what we in the US call hot and it goes quickly The location is amazing! Walk anywhere you need and metro station if it is open is steps away:) Excellent host, Michael and property was great for our party of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Will be back again:)

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia 5 giorni a gennaio 2020; l'appartamento è come nella descrizione: pulito, accogliente, ben riscaldato, comodo per 4 persone (2 adulti+2 ragazzi). Check-in veloce, abbiamo contattato il proprietario prima del ns. arrivo e ci ha aspettato davanti all'appartamento. Ci ha dato assistenza anche per il ceck-out. Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città, sia con la metro ma anche a piedi si raggiungono comodamente le attrazioni turistiche. Nella via si trovano numerosi negozi, ristorantini, gastronomie, panetterie con dolci e baguette,..Se torneremo a Parigi chiederemo sicuramente a Michael di ospitarci.

Great location, super small place

This flat is in an excellent location but way too small for 3 adults. There is no private area to change clothes etc. except for the bathroom. There are no real beds in the flat just a pull out bed and then a mattress upstairs. When we arrived at the flat there were no toiletries. I made the host aware of this and he said he would reimburse me which was nice. I was not reimbursed when I received my deposit back but I'm sure he will reimburse me now that I brought it to his attention. This flat would be okay for one or maximum 2 guests who do not need any sleeping privacy or a comfortable bed.

Nice loft on the inner courtyard.

Michael was a excellent host, he responded quickly, helped us out when we had an issue with the keys and was there promptly at our scheduled time for check in. The apartment was great for what we needed. The pull out couch was a comfortable bed and the kitchen was fully stocked if we had wanted to make anything. The location of the unit is great with 3 block walks to multiple metro stations. Lots of bakeries, restaurants and shops all on the same block! For additional insight, the apartment is on the inner courtyard of a building and the trash cans for the whole building are right outside the unit’s front door. This didn’t bother us much, but the only window/opening for air in the unit if you want any, is the front door, leaving the apartment open to those dropping off their trash. An A/C unit was provided that worked well to cool the space, but you had to leave the front door open to stick the hose outside to use the unit. As we didn’t spend much time in the unit, none of this bothered us too much. But in the summer, I could see the place being quite stuffy without being able to open anything while you sleep. We enjoyed our stay and again, had a great experience with Michael!

Clean, comfortable and perfectly located

On arrival we were greeted by our gracious host, Michael. He was very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. The apartment was perfectly suited to our needs (2 adults and an 11 year old), our daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom. It was ideally located on a lively street within easy reach of many bars, restaurants and cafes. Though there were no windows to look out of, it was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Many of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Paris in the future.

Nice apartment in fantastic location

This was the second time we stayed in this apartment while visiting Paris. Although the space is relatively small, it has a clever lay-out and is nicely furnished. Our 11 & 13 year old kids loved the little mezzanine with extra bed. Above all, the apartment is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Ie Marais.

We were in Paris for just two quick nights and the location of this apartment was perfect! It has everything one needs to be comfortable and Martin does a great job of making sure you have all the info necessary on the space. He was also very gracious with our late arrival....

Excellent location! Within walking distance to many cafes and museums. Conveniently close to metro.

Quite comfortable. Perfect for a couple or family with 1-2 children. The loft might not work for someone with issues going up or down a ladder. The only downside we found was lack of ventilation; there was no window, just a transom, and the loft tended to get stuffy in the summer heat. The amenities were otherwise perfect.

The property was clean and well kept. Michael was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Our experience was great. We had our 16 and 7 year old boys with us and they loved it. We will definitely use this property again. Great location for most sights. The Eiffel Tower was the most difficult to get to but still a great location. Lots of shops and cute area to explore. Michael was wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend it.

Great Place in the Heart of Paris

We stayed for four nights in August with a family of four. The location is superb - right in the Marais district, a one-minute walk from the Centre Pompidou and a 10-minute walk from Notre Dame. The apartment had everything we needed, it is quiet, newly renovated, and reasonably priced. We would definitely come again!

Small (of course, it's Paris;)but very functional, clean, and very well located in a great neighborhood. Anything you may want is right near by.

Great location

This apartment was located in a great location! So many options just outside the door...restaurants, cafes, shopping. Very safe neighborhood. The location could not have been better! Michael was very easy to communicate with & always responded quickly. We did not meet him person but were welcomed to the apartment by his assistant. She was very nice & check-in went very smoothly. The apartment itself was very quiet & clean. There was 4 of us traveling (2 adults & 2 teens). Size-wise it was a little cramped for the 4 of us. This seems to be possibly a Paris thing...just smaller apartments for the money. We were also in Rome & Barcelona. For the same dollar amount, the apartments there are bigger. It's just a matter of choice & what your budget affords. For 2 people traveling, it would have been great! The clothes washer was a nice amenity. For those not familiar with them, it is a washer & dryer all in one. So to wash & dry one load, the amount of time required overall is a lot more than you may be used to. We used it multiple times while we were there & then we went to a self-serve laundromat a couple blocks away to wash/dry everything in one swoop before moving on to our next destination. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Modern apartment in perfect location

This well kept, modern apartment is close to many activities, shopping and restaurants. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a brief or longer term stay. Michael is accommodating, warm and friendly. We loved our stay.

Quiet Stay

The apartment was clean, modern, and centrally located, but best of all, it was very quiet. The hosts were friendly and responded to requests quickly, but they did not offer any information about the area. We were on own, which worked out fine. There is an excellent French restaurant a 5 minute walk away called L'Hanger. For traditional pastries try Du Pain Et Des Idees.

Cramped for four adults; would be perfect for one couple.

Micheal was great. Met us right outside the apartment on our arrival. The flat is in a nice and safe location with plenty of cafes in walking distance. The flat was cramped for four adults but would be great for one couple. Pros: safe location, good area, clean, well maintaned. Cons: no window for fresh air, cramped for four adults.
