This charming triplex apartment in a charming 120 m² residence in L'Haÿ-les-Roses can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The triplex is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with a double sofa bed, armchair, decorative fireplace, TV and access to the terrace
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)

Souplex:
- A dining area with an open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, hob...
- A decorative Spanish-style veranda
- Separate WC and utility room

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bunk bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath

For even greater comfort, the owner has decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Weber gas barbecue, baby equipment with high chair, cot, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private terrace of around 60 m² with Weber gas barbecue, table and chairs, sun loungers, benches...

The triplex is ideally located in L'Haÿ-les-Roses, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Just 500 metres away, enjoy the swimming pool and tennis courts at Parc de la Roseraie.
- Discover the Jardin de la Roseraie, a world-famous place of pleasure and beauty. This 1.5 hectare formal garden is part of an English-style landscaped park covering almost 14 hectares. With its rare trees, children's play areas, sports facilities and themed gardens, the Parc de la Roseraie is an enchanting place for families. It is also listed as a "Conservatory of specialised plant collections" and is included in the supplementary inventory of historic monuments, having been awarded the "Remarkable Garden" label. This magical place, created at the end of the 19th century, is located in the town of L'Haÿ-les-Roses.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house (1 vehicle)

- Nearest train station: Bourg-La-Reine, about 3 km away (8 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle, about 42 km away (56 min by car)
- The Valouette network offers free travel to all residents of the conurbation. Valouette buses are accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users
(UFR). The network comprises 7 regular bus routes linking the towns in the conurbation.
