The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming apartment, completely renovated and located a few steps from the Panthéon and the Luxembourg Gardens.
Perfectly arranged, it is ideal for accommodating up to four travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a sofa bed for two people, a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi.
• A sleeping area: the bedroom is equipped with a double bed for two people with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as storage space for your belongings.
• A bathroom: it has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, pots and pans.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A laundry area: the apartment also has a drying rack, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board for your convenience.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you can stroll the lively streets, enjoy a coffee or brunch in iconic addresses like Le Procope, Café de la Sorbonne or Café de la Huchette, and have lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as La Tour d'Argent or Le Comptoir du Panthéon, perfect for an authentic gastronomic experience. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The neighborhood's picturesque streets also offer bookstores, boutiques and pleasant terraces for strolling. Getting Around:
By Train (RER & Métro):
From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal): Take the RER B (Direction Robinson or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse) to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. From here, it's a short walk to the property in the 5th arrondissement.
From Other Main Train Stations: Most of Paris's main train stations are directly connected to the Métro. Find a route that takes you to the closest Métro stations in the 5th arrondissement, such as Maubert-Mutualité or Cardinal Lemoine.
By Air:
From Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport: Take the RER B (Direction Robinson or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse) directly to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame.
From Orly Airport: Take the Orlyval light rail to the Antony station. Transfer to the RER B (Direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye) and disembark at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame.
By Bus:
Buses are a scenic way to travel through Paris. Multiple bus routes serve the 5th arrondissement. Check the RATP website or app for the best bus routes to your location.
By Taxi/Uber:
Simply provide the taxi or Uber driver with the property's address (given upon booking confirmation). Remember to account for Paris traffic when planning your arrival!
On Foot:
The 5th arrondissement is centrally located, making it accessible by foot from many of Paris's main attractions. If you're near the Seine, Notre-Dame, or the Latin Quarter, you're just a short walk away!
By Bike:
Paris has an extensive bike-sharing system known as Velib. There are multiple Velib stations in the 5th arrondissement. It's a delightful way to explore the city and get to your destination.

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
