VERY STAY esittelee SPARISin , ainutlaatuisen 180 m²:n asunnon, joka sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa ja on suunniteltu kuin taidegalleria. Pariisin ikonisen Marais'n sydämessä sijaitseva ainutlaatuinen tila yhdistää eleganssin, mukavuuden ja luovuuden. Hienostuneen muotoilunsa ja yksityisen kylpylänsä ansiosta se takaa täydellisen rentoutumisen.



Ihanteellinen perheille ja ryhmille, SPARIS majoittaa jopa 10 henkilöä ainutlaatuista oleskelua varten.



✨ SPARIS remontoitiin täysin ja perhetiimi otti sen haltuunsa vuonna 2025. Uusi tarina alkaa – keskittyen ainutlaatuiseen kokemukseen ja moitteettomaan mukavuuteen. ✨

🛋 OLOHUONE: Suuri design-olohuone, jossa on kirjasto, sohva ja nojatuoleja 12 hengelle. Elokuvavalkokangas, 500 DVD:tä ja kotiteatteri mukaansatempaavaan kokemukseen.



🍽 RUOKAILUTILA: Pöytä 10 hengelle penkeillä ja miellyttävä näkymä patiolle.

Great comfortable location

The home was well appointed with nice little touches such as plug converters, slippers, grocery baskets, etc. Their were also QR codes all over the home to show a tutorial on using certain equipment. We were unable to use the projector because we couldn't figure out how to get sound, but it wasn't an issue as there was a TV to watch next flicks. The lower level spa room was so nice after long days roaming Paris...which this location is great for doing. Short walk to Notre Dam and Louve, plus the water taxi. We had a great stay and i would come back to this place if ever in Paris again.Thank you for the accommodation!!

Stellar location and outstanding property

The location could not be better. There are an abundance of excellent cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Metro stations are nearby to take you anywhere you want to go. Our street is lively, but the apartment is on the other side of a courtyard from the street and is exceptionally quiet. The apartment is well stocked, and there are QR codes for everything. Our week’s stay was terrific.

Perfect location

The apartment is in a perfect location, within walking distance of the Marais, Centre Pompidou, wonderful shops and restaurants. Our host was very kind and helpful, with an early check-in and other tips. The apartment is large and very suitable for a group of friends. Only point of attention is that the beds cannot be separated, and some the rooms could do with some fresh air.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

We stayed at the apartment for two weeks in October. There were four of us, so we had lots of room to spread out We were able to use the spa and the hot tub; the bedrooms were fabulous and the apartment is just so gracious. The kitchen is nicely stocked, although we never really cooked a complete meal. The furnishings were very Mid Century modern, although the apartment itself is quite up to date. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many Metro lines (bus and train). The street has shops and restaurants galore, and we made great use of the boulangerie, patisserie, fromagerie, wine merchant and yes, the general grocery store. Michael was always very available for questions of any type, and he was always just a text away. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Amazing property! We had great communication with our hosts and they were very accommodating to store our luggage before our check in The space is large and well equipped, and everything we needed is right outside the door for impromptu dinners at home after long days wandering. This spacious, open modern apartment is on the first floor in a classic building right in the heart of the Marais but is very quiet thanks to the location in an interior courtyard. The location was great. The flat was very roomy. There were 5 of us and we had a lot of space. The check in process was easy and they were very accommodating. The only thing I’d say was the furniture was terrible, very worn and broken and uncomfortable. If they could invest in some new furniture the place would be fantastic. Sparis Spring 2024

The Sparis location is fabulous! The street is buzzing with activity. All kinds of shops and food and things to see! The unit itself was pretty tricky to get into, but we were late arriving in Paris and Michael was unable to rearrange his plans to meet us, so he had to explain how to get into the unit, which was a little confusing, but accurate enough! Communication once we were there was not very good and the instructions at the house neglected to tell us how to run the washer, dryer or dishwasher. We were able to figure the washer out, but the dryer wouldn't spin. The hot tub blower never switched off, so it was a little difficult to sleep downstairs, but luckily my son had ear buds. The Spa smelled like mildew when you opened the door. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quite large. The pillows on the beds could be replaced. Towels in the bathrooms were nice and big! The space lacked exterior windows and would get stuffy, so when we were there we liked having the patio door open. Temperatures were pleasant and it rained several times so things stayed cool.

We had a wonderful time in Paris! Spacious apartment for 3 adults and 3 kids (15, 14, 12) to hang-out, yet have personal, quiet space when needed. The jacuzzi was an added bonus. We didn't use the sauna(s), but they looked clean and well-kept. All of the appliances worked well. This apartment is surrounded by a ton of shops, but is located in the back of the building so it was very quiet. Easy walk to the subway station. Would absolutely stay here and again, and I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Michael!

First of all, let me be clear: the location is FANTASTIC. The street is lined with restaurants, shops, small groceries, cafes, stores. It's near a Metro line, Centre Pompadou, the Jewish Museum -- it was wonderful. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Check-in was clear and fast. The space was as advertised: the flat was spacious, well-equipped and (mostly) comfortable. That said, there were some hiccups. One, the ventilation was not great. The master bedroom had no windows, and we were in a heat wave. The patio was a great comfort. We were provided fans for the bedrooms which were incredibly helpful, but that left the common room sweltering. Also, the sauna in the basement sounded like a wonderful amenity, but really it left parts of the apartment incredibly humid. We also had some difficulty with the appliances. Otherwise, the place was really very good. I would genuinely recommend it.

Great location & communication with Michael, the host!

Our party of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Some of the furniture and appliances are older, but there was such great character to the flat. The location was great, yet very busy when we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon. It is very walkable to many locations, and many fabulous restaurants, bakery, and stores are within a close vicinity. Highly recommend the bakery across the street. Michael was a great communicator and host. Highly recommend staying here.

A fabulous condo in a great location. The place was very large and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub after a long day of activities was so welcome! The decor was eclectic and fun. The owner was wonderful to work with and make accommodations for us. I highly recommend this as an amazing place to stay!

Great location

Great central base for our 2 families to explore Paris. Loads of great shops/restaurants/major sites within easy walking distances. Lots of space and felt safe and quiet inside. Essentials only kitchen, bits of furniture slightly tired and dated in some respects, but certainly a cool retro vibe. Hot tub, steam room and sauna definitely appreciated after long days walking (although they are all located in the downstairs bedroom!!) Overall very good.

From check in to check out all was fantastic about this property. Chic, cozy and well appointed throughout. The neighborhood could not be beat! Walkable to everything. My family and I will defiantly make this our Paris go-to place to stay!

Perfect Location!

My family and I traveled to Paris for a long weekend. Our party consisted of four adults and three kids under the age of four years. The apartment is located on a beautiful street that has shopping, great restaurants, and cafes, and grocery stores all within two block radius. The apartment was comfortable and very beautifully decorated. The only recommendation that we have is maybe upgrading couches and dining chairs. The couches are really broken in and are almost uncomfortable. The dining chairs are several of them are broken in a way that they damaged some of our clothing when we were sitting on them. They had splinters and exposed screws. Beyond that everything was very nice.

Exceeded expectations

This was hands down the best rental property I have ever stayed in. It was very spacious and comfortable. The lay out was so nice to be able to spend time with our family. The artwork was amazing and the location was 10/10. There are specialty shops on the street so you can just walk right outside and get the best cheese, bread, macaroons, etc. right there. Check in was so easy Michael was so accommodating.
