Very good Hotel with amazing rooftop terrace
Very nice stay at this Hotel in Montmartre. Amazing views from the terrace. Studio room had a wonderful view at the the City and Eiffel tower. Cleaning could have been bit better, the table surfaces were not wiped clean(same coffee stain for three days), and my room had a electrical power problem so I had no lights at one evening, but it was fixed in the morning. Overall a good stay!

Erinomainen hotelli erinomaisella alueella! Ystävällistä henkilökuntaa ja siistit ja viihtyisät huoneet. Aamupala todella hyvä, seitsemännen kerroksen ravintolasta mielettömät näkymät. Parinsadan metrin säteellä useita ihania ja tunnelmallisia ravintoloita. Tänne tulemme varmasti uudelleen seuraavalla Pariisin matkalla!

Loistava hotelli viihtyisässä Montmartressa!
Vietimme vaimon kanssa pitkän viikonlopun Pariisissa ja yövyimme Terrass Hotellissa. Olipa erinomainen kokemus! Saavuimme jo ennen puolta päivää, eikä huoneemme ollut valmis, mutta päädyimme vaihtamaan Superior-huoneemme hieman kalliimpaan Studio de Artisteen, jonka saimme heti. Vaikka alkuperäinenkin huone vaikutti hyvältä, oli tämä huone loistava: tilava, erittäin viihtyisä ja siisti omalla ranskalaisella parvekkeella, josta oli näkymä Eiffel-tornin suuntaan. Huoneessa ei näkynyt juuri missään kulumia, sisustus oli kaunis ja sänky mukava, vaikkakin jämäkkä. Modernit ikkunat pitivät kadun äänet loitolla, eikä hotellin sisältäkään kuulunut häiritseviä ääniä. Hotellin sijainti Montmartren laitamilla on erinomainen - tienoo on niin viihtyisää, kuin Pariisissa voi kuvitella olevan ja mainioita ravintoloita, leipomoita, jne. on yllin kyllin lyhyen etäisyyden päässä. Metro on kohtuullisen matkan päässä. Hotelli on suuren vanhan hautausmaan vieressä, mutta meitä se ainakaan haitannut. Palvelu oli hyvää, vaikkakin varsin eleetöntä. Hotellin ylimmän kerroksen ravintolassa nautittu aamiainen oli erittäin laadukas ja samalla voi ihailla komeita näkymiä yli Pariisin kattojen. Emme jääneet kaipaamaan oikein mitään ja tulemme varmasti uudelleen!

The location is very nice, and the breakfast room/bar has amazing view over Paris. The only disappointment was the room- we paid extra for it, so it was nice and spacey, but with a tiny window giving out to a stone wall. Bathroom was nice, and the beds very comfortable, and the room was quiet so one got a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet (extra fee) was great, with a lot of pastries, fruits, yoghurts and other delicacies.

Viihtyisä hotelli Montmartrella
Hotellin sijainti Montmartren alueella oli täydellinen. Kivoja kauppoja, ravintoloita ja baareja oli tarjolla heti, kun astui ovesta ulos. Metroasema oli 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Kävimme illallisella ja kabareenäytöksessä Moulin Rougessa, johon oli myös vain 10 min kävelymatka. Montmartre on kaiken kaikkiaan ihana alue Pariisissa, kuin pikku kaupunki kaupungin sisällä. Hotellissa oli baari kattoterassilla, upea näköala. Baari oli suosittu myös paikallisten keskuudessa. Hotellihuoneemme ei ollut suurensuuri, mutta tilaa oli riittävästi kahden aikuisen viikonloppulomailulle. Huone oli viihtyisä, siisti ja hauskasti sisustettu. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen hyvä ja runsas, joskin kallis.

Hotelli erinomaisella paikalla Montmartrella, hyvät metroyhteydet alle 1km säteellä. Aamiainen ja aamiashuone ainutlaatuiset, näkymät yli Pariisin. Huoneemme sisäpihan puolelle (tosin Sacre Coeur näkyi) mutta muuten maisemat vaatimattomat. Erikoisuutena WC ja kylppäri eri päissä huonetta. Mutta siisti, rauhallinen ja toimiva. Olen ollut hotellissa kerran aiemmin, jolloin näkymät kaupungin puolelle erinomaiset.

Yleisarvosana on erittäin hyvä.
Palvelu vastaanotossa oli erittäin hyvä, huoneen siisteydestä huolehdittiin ja muutkin tilat olivat siistit. Mutta mitä palveluja hotelli tarjoaa, niin niistä piti kysyä itse. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja myös palvelu aamiaisen yhteydessä. Hotellia on suositellut monelle ja kertonut palveluista mitä voivat järjestää kun vain kysyt.

We stayed one night at Terrass and had a wonderful time. The staff were all very friendly. Great location, walkable to Sacre Coeur and the wonderful streets and art scene of Montmartre. The rooftop bar was nice, but busy and doesn’t take reservations. The rooftop restaurant had good food with a lovely view! There is also a parking garage you can choose to use if necessary for a small fee, great bonus in Paris.

Nous avons récemment séjourné au Terrass Hôtel à Montmartre et notre expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a accueillis avec un sourire chaleureux et une hospitalité remarquable. Leur serviabilité et leur attention aux détails ont vraiment marqué le début d'un séjour mémorable. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont un véritable havre de paix. Spacieuses, bien décorées et dotées de tout le confort moderne, elles offrent un espace accueillant où l'on se sent instantanément chez soi. Simply the best…
We have stayed at the Terrass Hotel the last six times we have visited Paris. At this point, I can’t imagine why we’d patronize any other hotel, as the lovely welcoming staff and beautiful accommodations of the Terrass could not be bettered. We are also enormously fond of the charming neighborhood just below Montmartre, with the best patisserie in the world (Alexine)!!! The rooftop bar offers a grand selection of cocktails and affords the perfect vantage point for taking in the 11pm twinkling of the Eiffel Tower. We simply love the Terrass Hotel.

Second time staying at Terrass. No VIP (platinum) extras whatsoever, last time we stayed here we at least got a complementary bottle of wine. Property seemed less clean, we found many stray hairs in bathroom and even on our bed. Dining /drink options at rooftop bar were lacking.

I stayed at this hotel 10 yesrs ago and always wanted to go back … And wow what an amaxing job they done. Renovating doing the terrace even better. We got a room with stunning views over Paris exactly as I remebered it . The staff in the reception was so nice and overall this is a hotel i will stay in every time I go to Paris… The location is also totaly fab with pitoresque Montmartre outside the door

Right at the start of Monmatre Village and 5 min walk to Moulin Rouge! It's a beautiful 5 star Boutique Hotel with rooms that have views of the Eiffel Tower! We just loved our room and terraces going to bed with the glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower and waking up to it. The service is great. The mini bar is stocked with Laurent Perrier half bottle of champagne amazing chocolates and other goodies. There is great history in this hotel and is over 100 years old but with all modern amenities. Never made it to the roof top bar for dining or drinking, nor did we have time for the spa as we were only there for 1 night but it was amazing! I highly recommend this place! When we arrived they also upgraded us! TRULY AMAZING!

Excellent Place to Stay in Paris
We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we could want including robes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with lots of counter space. Easy access to many restaurants and cafes, not as close to the main tourist places, but it was a second Paris visit, so we didn't need that. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were only two things we weren't as happy about. We wanted to eat at the restaurant, but it was closed the first night even thought the front desk didn't know this and they were booked for the second night even though we tried to reserve in advance. We think there should be some space saved for hotel guests to book. The more important issue is that the billing of the hotel isn't well managed. We had prepaid the two nights, but I received an email (in French) that my card had been declined even though the charge had cleared our bank. I called and was told not to worry about the email. Then when we checked out early, we were charged for both nights, and since I hadn't been shown the bill charges, we didn't know until we were in the cab on the way to the airport. I had to wait until 9am to call, and the problem was handled efficiently, but they need better systems in place. Still I would recommend this hotel, just pay attention to charges.

This hotel is an old favorite. It has been upgraded and is really a fun place to stay. The rooftop bar and restaurant is so nice. The staff is second to none. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for us. Unfortunately they were doing construction up the street which made for some noise and dust/dirt during our stay but would be sure it won't last forever.

The location of the Terrass Hotel is perfect! Easy access to the metro and just down the street from so many shops and cafes. Hotel room was very nice and the service was excellent. Lobby is acceptable (furniture could use a refresh). Staff is courteous, but not super friendly. Roof restaurant is a must see whether you eat or drink....at least go up for the view and a picture. We had Sunday brunch and it was disappointing. Staff were not helpful with drinks (self serve) and the food was just ok for the whopping charge. We would definitely stay here again especially with the room upgrade, and go to the roof for a cocktail.

Maybe best hotel in Paris
Amazing hotel and staff. Such incredible views. Rooms are fantastic and so well appointed. But the staff manage to top it all. So welcoming.
