Our apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 12 people for their Parisian stay.

The vast living room is divided in two by exposed beams: a lounge area to relax or have a drink after a long day of sightseeing and shopping in the capital, and a kitchen/dining area (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle) to prepare and enjoy your meals with friends or family.



Our apartment is located in the popular Sentier district, a few meters from a street well known to Parisians: Rue Montorgueil.



Filled with greengrocers, cafés, restaurants, grocers, this picturesque pedestrian street is an essential stop for those who want to immerse themselves in the Parisian way of life.

We offer FREE access to our Urban flat in Paris gym, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm.
