Our apartment is ideal for welcoming up to 12 people for a comfortable Parisian stay; It is equipped with wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, Television.



In its designer kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, that is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an appetizer with friends or family.



Our apartment has been completely renovated and furnished in a contemporary style but its magnificent exposed beams, which give it such a warm and cosy touch, have been preserved as they were.



Picasso's shadow looms over it, whether through his colors (notably blue tones) or his cubist works. A museum is moreover entirely dedicated to the artist just a few minutes away;



By staying with us, you will be in the center of Paris, close to the best museums, bars and restaurants that the capital can offer you.

We are happy to announce that regardless of the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels according to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

For any reservation during New Year's, a deposit of 1500 euros will be required



We offer you access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm.

Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
