”Great property with an amazing view on Mt. Nebo. We spent hours on the back porch reading, relaxing, doing yoga and enjoying the view. There was a nice breeze most of the time along with multiple fans to help us stay cool while enjoying being outside. We enjoyed the many hiking trails in the area. The house had great wifi to take some work video calls during our stay.”

”The hosts have done a very nice job fixing up the inside of this house. It is very comfortable.A previous review mentioned the road noise. Yes, if you're sitting in the front of the house during busy times you are certainly aware of it. But it didn't disturb our sleep or stay at all.”

”Great place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. Close enough that’s it’s not to far away from excellent scenery and hiking. Plus if you know the area great swimming holes. This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and enough room were nobody was was tripping over one another. Excellent price as well. Will definitely consider staying there again”

”This was the best rental our family has ever stayed in. The location was absolutely beautiful, with deer coming into the yard several times every day to delight our children and add to the atmosphere. The state park and pool were a few steps away, and the view from the home was incredible. The decks were perfect for watching the sun rise. It was so nice to stay in a home that is loved by its owners. Brett and Kimberly had everything prepared and the house completely stocked for guests, and...

”The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal...

”This is a great house! One level which is great for me having hip replacement surgery in two weeks. Three bedrooms though the husband and I only used two. (I also use a CPAP and the dogs sleep with me.) Very spacious and would be great even if our adult kids had gone within us! Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. No neighbors and close enough to food and our family who live in Arkansas. Perfect rental property and the extra touches were very appreciated. ”
