ABOUT OUR CHALET:

Cozy & airy with all the modern amenities of home. Located at the base of the Park City Canyons Village ski area, you will be within walking distance to skiing, biking, Canyons Golf Course, shops & restaurants. Canyons resort also offers concerts and other events year-round. During the ski season, take the 5 minute walk right down to the Cabriolet gondola, or download the "Canyons Village Connect" app for complimentary door-to-door shuttle service to the lift area. You can also take advantage of the Red Pines CLUBHOUSE seasonal amenities: 3 HEATED POOLS (including 1 wading pool for little ones), 2 HOT TUBS, indoor SAUNA, TENNIS, VOLLEYBALL & PICKLEBALL COURTS! (OPEN SEASONALLY*). Or, come back and relax on your private patio deck complete with gas grill & outdoor seating while you look out over peaceful, towering pines. Our unit is conveniently located directly across from the pools and clubhouse for easy access. We offer a discount at 6 nights on bookings !

ABOUT THE CLUBHOUSE:

Hours vary by season & are subject to change. As of 11/2023:
Winter hours: 12pm-9pm
Summer hours: 10am-9pm
Our location is super convenient-just steps away from the clubhouse, with all of the amenities it has to offer: 2 hot tubs, 3 heated outdoor pools, indoor sauna, tennis/volleyball/pickleball courts. You can rent pickleball equipment from the front desk, and we also have equipment provided in our chalet. We also provide you with pool towels.


ABOUT THE BEDROOMS:

-Main floor: 1 King bed master with en suite bathroom
-2nd floor open bunk loft : 2 Queens, 2 Twin XL (2 sets of twin XL-over-Queen bunks)
-2nd floor flex room/3rd bedroom: 1 fold out couch (full)

Kids/teens will especially enjoy our "flex room" upstairs with a fold-out sofa, cozy floor cushions, an Xbox and their own Smart TV.

Our super comfortable beds feature down alternative comforters and duvets, cool-touch ultra-soft sheets and fluffy down alternative pillows. Mattresses are gel/memory foam hybrids for maximum comfort and support.

ABOUT THE LIVING ROOM & PATIO:

The living room features vaulted ceilings, a glass slider door to the outdoor patio with seating and a gas BBQ, a cozy gas fireplace and a 65" smart TV. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV (4 tv's total). We also have plenty of fun board games and a new Xbox in the flex room for the kids and kids at heart!

ABOUT THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

We love to cook, and know how important it is to be able to whip up a good meal when you're on vacation! Our kitchen is fully stocked with any appliances and accoutrements necessary to cook up a fantastic meal. Our kitchen area is equipped with the all the basics of home, including the following: toaster oven, crock pot, blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, Nespresso original machine, oven, microwave, dutch oven, baking dishes, pots, pans, eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, electric griddle, dishwasher, wine opener, wine glasses, lots of dishware, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and some basic cleaning supplies .

The stone top dining table can seat 6+ people with 4 chairs and a dining bench.


ABOUT THE BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY:

The washer and dryer are in the upstairs flex room for convenience, as well as plenty of towels to use for the bathrooms and separate towel in the front door closet to bring to the pool.

The upstairs bathroom has a tub and shower combo, single vanity & toilet. The downstairs bathroom has a tub and shower combo, single vanity & toilet. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & laundry detergent for your stay.

IMPORTANT! : Pool, sauna, hot tubs & clubhouse are SEASONAL amenities; they are CLOSED the following dates:
*April 16th - Friday Before Memorial Weekend (End of May)*
*Day After Labor Day (Beginning of Sept.) - Thanksgiving*
* Absolutely NO ALCOHOL OR GLASS at the pool/clubhouse!*
When open during the season, the Clubhouse hours are 12pm-9pm.
Volleyball courts & Tennis courts are SEASONAL amenities as well, as they are only open during the summer months. You can rent pickleball paddles and balls from the Clubhouse front desk for free; we also have paddles and balls in the unit for you to use.
*Quiet hours of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced in Park City*
NO PETS. Red Pines is a NO SMOKING complex. Please be courteous of quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM). No Parties. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL OR GLASS AT THE POOL/CLUBHOUSE.
*Please do not climb or play on bunk beds or railings in the condo. Host is not liable for injury resulting from misuse. Use of bunk beds is at your own risk.*

-Don't want to lug ski gear? The free Canyons Connect shuttle will pick you up right from the door of our condo and drop you off right at the ticket office/main gondola!
