Snow Flower #145 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of building IV and access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

You’ll love cooking your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen that includes granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept space. Enjoy a freshly prepared meal around the dining table which has seating for six or at the breakfast bar offering seating for three.

The living room invites you to relax after a day on the slopes around the gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the large flat-screen TV. Access the private balcony through the sliding glass doors which is perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air. A queen-sized sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping arrangements.

The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an abundance of natural light through large windows overlooking a grove of Aspen trees. The en suite bathroom includes beautiful granite countertops, tile flooring, and a walk-in shower with tile surround.

The second bedroom has two comfortable twin-sized beds that can be made into a king-sized bed with at least 24 hours advanced notice. The shared bathroom features attractive granite countertops, tile flooring, and a walk-in shower with tile surround.

For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, two flat-screen TVs, wall safe, ceiling fans, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
