The Stonebridge is a 2750 sq ft, 3BR/3BA townhome, located a 30 second drive to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley, with skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and more. You can also catch the free shuttle, which stops 20 second walk from your property and then is one stop to DV, or 3 mins in the opposite direction to Main St and all of its shops, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and more!

The Space:
Spend your day on the mountain, then come home and relax in your private hot tub, cook dinner in the oversized fully stocked kitchen, and settle in with the whole family and friends in the large great room. The Stonebridge was recently updated and has plenty of space for the whole family - adults can relax by the fireplace in the great room while the kids hang out downstairs in the entertainment room.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

A real stunner

This place had everything we wanted and even things we didn't know we wanted (a sauna!) but very much did. I was in Sundance with a group of colleagues and we loved the apartment, well-appointed, luxurious, and well priced. Can't wait to come back. Communications with management were perfect. Great place!

Best place I’ve ever stayed!

Stonebridge is a beautiful condo located walking distance to deer valley. We came over Mardi Gras break with two families for a total of 7 people. We had plenty of space! The downstairs play room was so nice for the kids to have their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds so comfortable, any and all amenities you would desire. 10 out of 10, would absolutely stay here again.

Above and Beyond!

This condo was perfect for our family ski trip to Deer Valley. While the photos were accurate to show the recent remodel, the unit actually ended up being more spacious than pictured, ample space for lounging. Everything was clean and well appointed - comfortable beds, plenty of extra linen / blankets, full washer / dryer, cooking supplies, etc. Perfect location - bus stop right outside had us on the mountain within 2 quick stops. Convenient 2 car garage parking and plenty of storage space for ski equipment. What really made this property stand out was the level of service provided by the property manager, who was uber responsive and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. There was quite a bit of snow right before we arrived and one of our party got stuck getting up the drive to the unit - the property manager sent someone out right away to help dig them out and get the car to the unit. Additionally, the property manager cleared off the hot tub and had it ready / heated each day before we got back from skiing (and what a hot tub - really lovely massage settings, which made apres something special throughout our the trip). Would highly recommend - our family is already looking to rebook next year!

5 stars from beginning to end!

So glad we ended up choosing this place! Everything was spelled out so clear and easy from management. Large place with beautiful kitchen, large living room with lots of windows, amazing game room with more than advertised, and the hot tub...amazing! We will definitely be coming back to stay here again. 5/5, 10/10, thank you!
