”The room was spacious and very clean but the bathroom a tad small. Getting around the door to put the light on and then close the door was crazy. For a larger guest, it would have been nearly impossible. Also having a light right in the entrance would be nice as its dark when entering the room so the first thing you look for is a light switch which there is none. Also there is no hook say on the back of the bathroom door to put towels. We noticed how dirty the carpet was in the stairwell...

”This is an excellent economical place to stay other places in the area within the same price range don’t compare. A lot of renovated rooms.”

”There were drug addicts and a drunk guy in the parking lot when we arrived and my daughter wouldn’t get out of the car. We were harassed and so I went to the front desk to ask for a refund because we didn’t feel safe and the clerk said of course. So I called Expedia from the waiting area and left at 9pm. Fast forward one week and Expedia tells me when they reached out to the property they denied my refund. Total liars. They have started renting rooms by the month so there are all sorts of people...

”I liked the location but felt it was dated. Our room was just ok but will say the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.Everything else was just ok.”

”Great place to stay. Older hotel but impeccably clean and very well supplied. Breakfast was excellent. I have had reason to travel from Manitoba to BC multiple times in the last year and stay in Lethbridge each time. This was by far the best hotel I've tried and will definitely stay here again.”

”Convenient location, decent room”

”Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ...

”Located far from any amenities or shops. It was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen lacked many tools for making our simple dinners such as tongs or a pairing knife. There seem to be a lot of rules around eating and cooking smells that I haven’t seen in other places. The pool was quite small and the hot tub did not work properly. It wasn’t terrible, but I would not consider staying here again.”
