”Indoor pool is not heated so water is really cold also pool is dirty and needs scrubbed. I think its rude when check out is at 12 noon and they call your room at 11:00 to make sure you're checking out. Im super confused how its rating is so good. It is a decent hotel, but wouldnt stay there again. ”

”We had to wait outside till someone showed up to check us in. The room was falling apart and I didn’t investigate much past the fridge that had white stuff running down it and slime all over it. We turned around went back to the car.”

”Our TV never worked in our room even after they sent the guy to our room to fix it. So we went two days without it. Other than that it was not bad at all room was cleaned bed was nice and big shower was awesome .”

”The bathroom floor had water on it when I arrived. The shower curtain had mold. When I arrived there was a guest outside smoking marijuana and the halls and elevator smelled like it as well. The WiFi didn’t work either. Overall it was not a good experience ”

”Upon arrival from a 9 hr drive, used the lobby restroom and it was absolutely filthy. Reserved a king size bed on got two queens. When going to bed and pulled back the covers, there were dog footprints all over the sheets. We had to wear shoes the whole time because after walking on the floors for a period of time our socks were filthy. The pillow cases and the towels were stained.”

”Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

”Lots of dogs at this.motel. room 114 had a dog barking a lot, then 7am was crying cause owner was not in room. Our door, room 115, we found out at 1am the door key lock does not work, anybody can just walk in. No light in bathroom, there was a lamp with no shade as the light. Room smelled awful”
