We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. ”Overall our stay was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, check in and out was easy and the hotel itself is nice. Only complaints were that the shower would fluctuate between hot and cold even when set at the hottest setting and the parkade could use some serious work. It was super close to the attractions we went to like Thermea and the theatre which was nice.”

”no staff to acknowledge my arrival, staff that was there did turn 'till I found the doorbell and rang it then said he didn't work this desk but did call someone to get me booked in. Room: carpet looked new/freshly cleaned, bed was very good. While washroom was dated the condition for the tub was appalling by NOT being clean! Walls had splatters of God only knows what. Check out: had to ring bell, and waited again until someone come in from being outside. Slow to get service but staff efficient...
