”Staff was really nice. Breakfast was great. Even supplied complementary ice scraper and gloves during a winter storm. That was nice because we forgot ours at home. Heater was a little noisy in the room. Good price ”

”My trip to Muncie was unplanned. My aging parents were involved in an auto accident and were in the hospital. The staff was wonderful asking me how they were doing when I would come back. I brought my dad back first and he was welcomed back. The next day I was able to bring my mom back from the hospital. The gentleman at the desk saw me walk in with he and started clapping and said welcome home. I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel and the staff here.”

”The staff was very good. There was an issue with the first room. We went back to the desk and talked to Steve about it. he gave us a different room. before he gave us the room he made sure the room was in good shape. If we make it back to the area we would stay there again. thanks again Steve for going beyond taking care of us. ”

Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous!...

”The room was clean. Carpet is a little outdated. Toilet was broke but staff was on it as soon as we told them. Staff was courteous and friendly. ”
