”Day 1. Lady at the front counter was nice but as soon as I checked into my room I was greeted with a punch in the face by a horrible wet dirty sock stench in the room. I spent about 30 mins searching for the source. I found the actual stiff dirty sock in the closet along with a pair of old jogging pants that stunk of mildew. Room was terrible. The front lobby stunk of poo like a busted sewage line in tge early hours of day two. This place remindes me of an old motel from a horror movie or a...

” Did do a blacklight check of the bed, sheets, blanket and beadspread, found nothing to report, CLEAN! Did blacklight in the bathroom, floor-clean, toilet-clean, tub-clean! The tv stand and sitting chair had some questionable areas. The tv remote was clean. Overall the room was clean but the smoke smell was awful. The staff was pleasant, not a lot of interaction with staff except for check-in. ”

”The literal only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the water is barely warm for showers & baths. It would run decently hot for about 30 seconds and then the warmest it would get is a Luke warm temp. I reserved a room with a bath tub for a reason and was very much looking forward to relaxing baths in the evenings as I was there for work…. But the water temp just was too cold to be comfortable. The room itself and the staff were wonderful. ”

”The rooms could use a little updating they were clean. The lighting could be improved in the rooms. It was hard to see to do some work. The bed was very good. Pillows were good was a little surprised about how much it cost to get breakfast whereas the Hampton Inn I just stayed at was complementary.”

”Our electricity had went out due to weather so we had to go to a hotel due to lack of heat at our house. When we got there the staff seemed very uncaring and otherwise distracted hanging out with each other talking in a group. The pool was closed down as well as the kitchen. The rooms were dirty as well as smelly. We woke up to have the to go breakfast they peovided and the cream cheese was so molded it was black and green and hard as a rock. The juice was messed up. ”Checked in and unpacked and had to leave for an event. Noticed immediatly that the bathroom was covered in dirty boot debris and the shower had remnants of some kind of chemicals in it. The bathroom counter had a used soap bar on it. Laid down to watch tv about 1130 pm and the tv didnt work. We went downstairs and stff confirmed a plumber had unclogged the tub earlier.
