”Will stay here again”

”We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!”

”The room was muggy and smelt musty. There was clearly water damage that had not been properly fixed. Wallpaper was rippled and pulling way from the walls, stains on the ceiling and walls. Massive cob webs. Sheets were dinghy and not crisp white. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 15 years. They have not updated anything. Our room had only one usb port that didn’t work. The shower did have great pressure. We will not bee staying here again.”

”Didn’t like the stay”

”Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.”

”Joseph was amazing! He switched the rooms quickly and without hassle when there was an issue. The beds were comfy and the food was pretty good at the buffet breakfast.”

”It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! They also offer Starbucks with ...

”My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.”

”Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc.”

”Check in staff is always helpful with any questions, or with any requests...Jallah did a great job and is an asset to your Hotel !”

”The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is mainly because there were audio issues with the TV on all stations. They said it was a system problem and most likely not going to be fixed before I leave. I stayed 3 nights and it was rough trying to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was pretty boring. Cereal, juice, milk, toaster waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Was the same each day except every other day it was turkey sausage or...

”The staff were great! But the property is in rough shape; walls, furniture, floors, etc. were all in a state of disrepair. The restaurant/bar was open when it should've been and the parking was almost $40 extra. Not to mention the lobby was completely tore yp due to a water leak - which happens, but they didnt offer an apology or discount or even mention the noise would be so loud and disruptive.”
