    I was driving late at night and needed to stop to rest. I made my reservation online with Hotels.com about 10 minutes prior to arriving at the hotel. Teresa Bishop, your night auditor, was covering the front desk when I arrived around 2:45 AM. The reservation did not show in the hotel's computer. She worked diligently to find the reservation, keeping a pleasant and friendly demeanor the whole time. After I chatted online, to have Hotels.com call the hotel direct (which they could not do - your phones were ringing on their end but not ringing through to the hotel) Teresa then called Hotels.com direct on her cell phone and with about an hour of work she was finally able to get the reservation emailed to her computer and printed, and to check me in. While the problem with the hotel's computer and phone lines not working correctly was stressful for Teresa, she handled everything beautifully. And I got a few hours of much needed sleep.…

    Staff was very pleasant. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, toilet had some gross stuff In it and the corner of the shower looked like It was starting to mold.
