”Loved it”

”CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY CHECK-IN. OUR ROOM WASN’T READY BUT THEY GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM-NOT SURE WHY THEY JUST DIDN’T GIVE US THAT ROOM FIRST ANYWAY. VERY GOOD OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST. ONLY CONS WERE WE COULD HEAR THE TRAFFIC AND THE SHOWER SOAP DISPENSER DIDN’T BUT WE JUST WASHED WITH SHAMPOO.”

”Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the easy Netflix access from the smart TV. The hotel staff did everything in they could to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is right off the highway surrounded by lots of easy to access fast food options. ”

”The only issue I had was there were a couple of light bulbs that need replacing in our room. They also need microwaves in all the rooms.”

”They were in the process of a remodel. Not sure if our room on the first floor was completed or not. Some things looked new (bedding, carpet) but others were obviously very old. Caulk and paint around door frames was horrible. Paint drops on tile floor and paint spray on door handle. Workmanship very poor. Loose tile in the corner behind the door. Fan in bathroom was taped on the wall above the towel rack. After showering and using the fan, there was dust all over the white towels on the...

”I made my reservation online, there wasn’t a place to select bringing dog, I called the hotel to give them a heads up, on bringing our dog. Upon arrival, the clerk stated she had corrected the reservation & added my dog fee on to the bill.(we knew there was a fee for dog) They put us in a room on 1st floor & close to the door where we can take the dog outside. The room was very clean, had towels for 2 & plenty of areas to charge devices. They had a chair & a desk chair in the room. Staff...

”We had live roaches in our room. We took the bug to the front desk attendant and he offered another room. We declined and asked for a refund. The attendant declined because we used a third party app. We would like a refund.”

”Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms.”

”The property didn’t resemble anything of what photos did. The hallways and floor were dirty, some of the surfaces in the room were sticky and the bathroom sink was clogged. It had plenty of space, including a sofa bed, but without blankets or pillows. Overall,there’re many updates that should be done to this specific location. I have booked before with them and this is the first time ever that I have experienced this.”

”The Microtel was a nice side of the road overnight option for our family of 4. Price was a bit on the high side however it was a Saturday night. Breakfast was quite good, the standard fare. Pool was nice but area needs significant care & maintenance. Some renovations are taking place & dust is evident. Staff was great. Welcome gift was a nice touch. A good cleaning & update is needed.”

”The room was nice and clean. We had dogs so we appreciated the first floor walk out entrance. Breakfast was adequate, but the grounds could use some cleaning up. Only really noticed this because of the dog walk area. Would stay again.”

”Very nice rustic center. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Need to be able to carry gear up several stairs to the cabin.”

”Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat.”
