”Quick check in, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. ”

”Room was ok. Very broke down no security kick on the door it had been kicked in previously. They advertised breakfast and did not hav any at all not even coffee. The pool was indoors and was closed this was a bad experience. The staff were nice that's about it. Will not return”

”Appliances provided: refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and sink with dishsoap for washing up. Lots of cabinets for storage. Must bring your own food, utensils, pots/pans, and plates.”

”The room was is good condition although I don't believe it had been vacuumed because of large toenail clippings on the floor by the bed and the shelf by the bed hadn't been wiped off. Otherwise the staff was very friendly. And the rest of the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. ”

”The smell of smoking weed marijuana was horrible on level 3, room 116 smelled musty, the place was just bad! Wasn’t allowed to have a guest /friend stop by to visit. ”

The family that I encountered on the way to the pool said the pool gave them a horrible rash The couch in one of the doors in the room had extremely questionable stains Upon checkout the hotel double charged the credit card for the dog resulting in having to dispute The room itself was very pretty the view is very nice aside from the cleanliness issues I mentioned I don't think much needs to be done to raise it to a very acceptable place to stay...

”Restaurant was closed and room didn't appear cleaned, floors were dirty, no kleenex's, cups for coffee, 1 wash cloth, no hand soap or shower body wash, cold in room and couldn't adjust temperature! Feel the price was high for the condition of the room!”

”While the staff were welcoming and helpful, this hotel looks nothing like the pictures you see on the internet. It is run down and neglected. The towels were dirty. One of the washcloths had mascara on it (not my mascara). When we saw how dirty the room was, we skipped the breakfast. What I thought was going to be a relaxing stay in Cedar Falls turned into a "how fast can we get out of here?" layover. ”
