Country Outback Cozy Home *W/Camp Fire Pit*

Outback Cozy Home is located off a back road, but just minutes from Route 30. It is back in a shared, gravel driveway. It sits beside two other parcels. One where the owners live, but you will still be able to have your own privacy.

You will have easy access to Walmart and a few restaurants and coffee shops.
It is approximately 15 miles from Sight and Sound in Strasburg, and also the town of Intercourse.
And about a 30 minute drive from West Chester, Pa.

The kitchen has all new appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave,and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials.
It has a washer, dryer, wi-fi, however, no cable TV.
It also has a spacious living room with a pull out couch that turns into a single bed.

You have a back deck which would be a great place to drink your coffee, relax, and watch some wildlife.

We want our guests to immediately feel welcome the moment they walk thru the front door. It is perfect for a quick visit or extended stay!

Note** Occasionally there is motorcycles/dirt bikes that ride on the neighboring property.

There is an above-ground pool on the property that is owned by the neighbors next door . Please do not use it , unless you had permission by them. Thank you!

We do have a horse, dogs, and chickens on the property that you are welcome to interact with if you would like to.
