”The room was clean and surprising large. There was a nice spread for breakfast. My only complaint was there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom sink dispenser. Parking was good. And the clerk who checked us in was very polite.”

”AC worked well on the hottest day so far in Houston. Maid staff were friendly and efficient. They were helpful for a special request. Room was roomy and fully stocked. We had an excellent stay.”

”Was almost assaulted in the parking lot. The breakfast was terrible. They did not give me a refund when I checked out early.”

”The exterior looked far better than the interior. The interior, including the 3rd floor hallway, wreaked of urine and smoke. The room itself didn't smell of urine and smoke so that was a small relief. The bed did not have bed bugs, but my usual search for bed bugs (I do this at every hotel no matter what) revealed a mattress so old that it was probably original to the property. Staying here was a mistake.”

The room was quite clean. All new appliances. However, the interior is a bit confused. The kitchen has a stove/fridge/microwave, but all of the cupboards are empty. The beds are on the firm side and there are no spare pillows or blankets. No closet or hangers for hanging clothes, no irons/ironing boards in...
