”Everything was just as advertised. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen looked totally remodeled and even had a sink just like my own. Stove and microwave were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The location fit well with my needs, as it is close to some renowned birding spots. I was very pleased, and highly recommend Simon as a host.”

”The house worked out great for my son and I. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely to have tv’s in the bedrooms as well. Check in was seamless and the host was responsive and timely. I gave everything a 5 star rating except for the neighborhood since it was close to main road it was a bit noisy but I guess you’d find that everywhere. We were also awoken in the middle of the night by a random man knocking on the door but we didn’t answer and he quickly moved on. ”
