”Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money.”

”Rooms were some of the best we have stayed in while in Laos. Superb value would be a $500 a night hotel minimum back in Canada. ”

”It’s an old hotel that’s what makes it charm! I hope they won’t make renovations and destroy the « cachet ». Our room was HUGE, and there were all the equipements that you usually finds in hotel room, and lot of storage. They also installed a little baby bed for us, it was lovely. We didn’t try the pool, so I can’t tell, but the breakfast offered was delicious and more than generous. ”

”We had pool access room which was great- clean and specious, even got seperate dressing room which was convenient. Huge bathroom with bathtub + shower with good waterpressure. Comfy big bed and sofa. It was little away from town but hotel shuttle worked well and we also rent bikes from hotel. Behind hotel you can find little grocery store and in walking distance there are couple of nice restaurants - hotel is bit pricey, even food there was good. Gym looked great but most of the equipments need...
