”Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary?
We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me.”

”The staff at this hotel are excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, they are carrying this property harder than any hotel staff should have to.
The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment. The air conditioner in my room appeared to be falling apart and was literally supported by what looked like a piece of 2x4 lumber underneath it. The bathroom was functional but looked tired and somewhat questionable.

”We arrived around 12:30 pm from Indiana..didn’t have any trouble checking in at all. The room was very clean. Was closed and didn’t have anything pre posted online to warn guests. We learned upon arrival and have kid’s that we travel with. The pool is what we booked for and was disappointed it was closed. It was full of debris so they knew they had no plans to open it for the season and should list that to the booking sites and main web site.”

”While rooms were clean, the property is in dire need of repairs and refurbished. Mold on ceiling in multiple places in the bathroom. Tile falling off shower enclosure, furniture is sticky and needs replaced. Pool floor was also filthy. Previous reviews stated rooms were nice and clean, while maybe clean definitely need lots of repairs. Also, the humidity in the rooms and halls is awful. We may have been in a room yet to be updated?
Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location to Downtown...
