âA bench or two outside would be great. Has outside patio for the dining area when it is open. Chair in our room was broken and brought this to the attention of front desk. Clean accommodations with great view of St. Lawrence. Pool area was relaxing. We will be back. Night time attendant was helpful for checking in.â

âHotel des Couterllier is located nearby high traffic tourist areas, but comfortably away from the high traffic. It is easy to walk to restaurants, art galleries, and shopping, but the hotel itself is quiet. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We quite enjoyed our stay.â
