”I was very disappointed with this stay. From the reviews and what amenities were listed on Expedia, I expected more. I had to talk to a manager several times just to get basic needs met including a clean room and still, wasn’t really paid attention to. I also noticed there was a significant difference in how European travelers were treated vs. minority travelers which I do not stand for or accept. It seemed like the rules were enforced more on guests that fall under minorities while white guests...

”Superb furnishing in the room. Amazing quality linens and towels. Good strong shower-head. Had difficulty lowering the temperature, the room is not fitted with air conditioning but at least you can open the window ajar to get a breath of fresh air. Huge bed. Very comfy! Staff in the restaurant were pleasant and welcoming; the reception staff were a bit off-hand but we stayed at a holiday weekend so I suppose their tempers were a little frayed.”

”Great hotel for an overnight stay. We had a corner room with was really quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was busy but great options. We parked in the shopping centre car park which is under ground and safe. ”
