”Great hotel! Service was amazing. Clean rooms. Lovely decorations. Only concern is that second and third floor rooms aren’t accessible for everyone. You have to go through 3 sets of stairs to get to the third floor plus carry your belongings. Other than that this was a comfortable stay. 8/10 (only because of the accessibility). ”

I did have to ask maintenance about the heater and in the morning there was a snafu where there was no hot water, but could not complain because the area, the view, the staff were all amazing.”

”Room was clean, water was hot. The staff was extremely helpful, and we had a very nice visit with the managing owners. They were gracious to tell us about the area and the history of their resort like grounds. I would highly recommend a stay here, the bonus is a horseback ride through the coffee farm, and a tour of the exotic animals in their rehabilitation area. A spacious grand restaurant and hearty breakfast to start the day. They also operate the Alicante Hot Springs just down the road,...

”Absolutely amazing hotel. Beautiful room, gorgeous views and grounds, gourmet food and friendliest staff. We stayed there for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Hotel offers various water activities, free paddleboard and kayaks and very reasonable boat and jetski rental. Room was spacious and clean, food in the restaurant delicious. Best papusas and seafood in entire El Salvador. They also have really good coffee and complimentary breakfast ”

”The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are big except they dont have bug screens and smells moldy. The highlight is the Spa and Sauna, so relaxing. They also need to improve the restaurant there were several meals not available as well as drinks. Otherwise the place is beautiful , clean and very relaxing ”
