”A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. ”

”On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. ”Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.”

”The included Breakfast is not good, very limited.”

”Most friendly, hospitable and clean place we have stayed in a long time! The breakfast was fresh and made to order. Will absolutely stay here again. ”

”El personal es muy amable pero definitivamente deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones.”
