"The hotel was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and warm-hearted throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, with an elegant presentation and excellent quality. We especially appreciated being able to select our preferred breakfast items in advance. We were also delighted to see that a bed had been prepared for our young child and that all of our needs had been carefully considered before our arrival. The attention to detail and level of care were exceptional. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return in the future."

"Clean hotel with great views, at a great location to see Sintra. Hotel has a small gym, which was really nice. Hotel parking was an absolute necessity when having a car. Staff was beyond helpful, accomodating and wonderful. Pedro, thank you. You made our stay in Sintra so much better, by giving us all the tips and tricks to make the most out of it ♥️ Absolutely loved our stay! "

"Close to nature, adorable view to Atlantic Ocean, friendly personnel. My room was close to reception and therefore there was some noise coming from the lobby. Due to IronMan race the roads were closed and I needed to walk with the luggage half an hour to get a taxi to the airport. I would have liked some kind of compensation for this, but it was not offered. For a room with price of over 300 euros a night that would have been expected."
