”Me and my mother had fantastic stay in Sintra Marmóris Palace! Area is green, peaceful and quiet, hotel is clean and we saw staff around taking good care of it, and how delightful it was to spot a beautiful cat or peacock relaxing in a courtyard at the sun. Breakfast room view is utterly breathtaking and breakfast itself ridiculously delicious and well-prepared just for you, what a way to start a day. Rooms are quite spacious (even the bathroom) and we hadn't had any problems to fit our stuff...

”LuXa Charm house is absolutely excellent value. Big rooms with en-suites, totally capturing Sintra’s style. Our room had window views to the moorish castle. The only issue is ordering Bolt Taxis or Ubers to the property, at peak times the taxi will not be allowed by the local authorities to stop outside the accommodation, so you will likely have to walk into town for that. Not a big issue at all. ”

”What a magical place! It’s like you stepped back in time when you arrive at this Quinta, surrounded by lush gardens. The woman who owns it grew up there and has so many fascinating stories to share about the house. ”We loved the property! It was very close to everything: up the steps to Old Town Sintra and walkable to all of the sites. One night, a scrap of food was left on the table, and there were many ants the next morning. They seemed to be from the hallway baseboard, so be sure to put any open food in the refrigerator. Staff was informative and helpful. Overall, a great stay! ”

”This Four Star Hotel, which is called a guesthouse due to its local vibe and style, was a much better experience than the "normal" four star hotel in Cascais we had stayed previously. Very good service, good breakfast, good company, and excellent location near the lovely Azoia village. We could see the milky way during one night on our honeymoon from the yard outside, such an amazing experience! Recommended to everyone! ”Awesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!”
