”Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo! This was perfect for us to start our BA vacation. Leandro and Pablo were so helpful with everything including local recommendations. The decor was beautiful, the breakfast buffet is huge and lovely. We spent and afternoon ready with a glass of wine in the library. The rooms are wonderful. The best part...the shower. Amazing water pressure! Honestly, the best shower of my life!!! Cannot say enough about this hotel!”

”We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend...

”Room was clean and spacious, had a mini-kitchen. WiFi worked very well. Gym was rather small, but did the job. They have heated pool that looked very nice. They offered massage, but be aware you have to book ahead of time. Staff was very nice. They let me store my suitcase for a few days after checkout, while I went exploring small towns of Patagonia.”

Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency.
